When the Storage System Goes Down – A Retrospective on Our Ceph Incident
On September 3rd, 2025, a bug in the storage software Ceph caused an outage that affected our customers’ websites and emails for several days. By September 9th, we had fully restored all systems and confirmed that no data was lost.
